Registration open for Comic Con 2008 in San Diego
I’m embarrassed to say that I have never been to Comic Con, and I was born and raised in San Diego. Not sure yet what the penalty is in geek points lost, but someone is just *bound* to tell me.
Comic Con 2008 is scheduled to to begin with a Preview Night on July 23rd, followed by the grand event itself July 24 - 27th. In recent years, this event has become almost chic - last year, BSG folks were in attendance, and they’re just the top of the food chain these days - but you can still get some serious geek cred if you go in a decent costume. Or so I hear. Besides, both Henry Rollins and Linda Blair will be there! Who could miss it?
