RailsConf 2008 starts today in PDX
Not sure how I missed this, but RailsConf starts today, May 29th, 2008, and continues through June 1st in Portland, Oregon. If you’re in the area, and not registered for any of the seminars, make sure you visit the Exhibition Hall on Friday and Saturday and check out booths from O’Reilly (huge surprise - they’re the event sponsor), Engine Yard, Amazon Web Services, Code Gear, Sun Microsystems, and others.
Presenters include Andrea O. K. Wright, who will be speaking on “‘Multi-Core Hysteria’: FUD about CRUD?” She was also at RailsConf last year.
Looks like it might still be possible to register, though it may be faster to do it at the door than to try to deal with it online.
Maybe I’ll see you on the Exhibition Hall floor on Saturday afternoon!
