Mark Your Calendar: Olympia Comics Festival
For folks lucky enough to live in the Pacific Northwest of the U.S., mark your calendars for Saturday, June 7th, 2008: it’s time for the Olympia Comics Festival!
I promised the folks at Danger Room Comics when I ran into one of their folks at Stumptown this year that I’d give a shout-out for this event. Check out the website for a schedule of events and a list of who’s coming this year, as well as for info on directions, etc. The weather *should* clear up by then, and even if it’s not, Olympia is gorgeous no matter what the weather’s like.
Beware : if you visit the Danger Room Comics site, note that it hasn’t been updated since last year, so *that* page has the Festival scheduled on the incorrect date. Trust me! The Festival is Saturday, June 7th!
