Jessica Rylan: MFA, musician, performer, inventor
I was cruising the Make magazine site, looking for cool stuff, and I came across a post about BENT . The Make post only mentioned Jessica Rylan and her Battery Powered Noise Generator, but the Bent site had this link to her You Tube video . Now, that vid is basically a promo for an expired event, but I got a kick out of the gadget she put together, and the way she interacts with it and the speaker - while the oscilloscope displays the signal patterns, no less - is pure geek.
Turns out she’s a musician as well as an inventor. Check out her site and see some of the other cool things she’s doing.
